This highlighted program is four weeks long to get you from a sedentary lifestyle (or just one where you don't really walk much) to a life where taking time to walk is easy. I recommend this to anyone who is currently fairly sedentary (doesn't exercise much/beginner on the fitness journey), people looking to walk more even if they're active, people looking to use up some of their sedentary time (binge watching tv, zoning out for hours, lots of scrolling online) and people who have lifestyles that need them to walk more (new dog, eventually needing to walk to work, etc).

Keep up the schedule from this week for another month to work towards keeping the habit.
How to Follow the Challenge:
The videos for this are more like elaborate timers. You can walk along indoors or play the video through headphones to use as a timer outdoors. Each one will have an alert at the halfway point which will signal outdoor walkers that they can start turning around.
Follow the schedule posted above and work towards a less sedentary lifestyle. For 25 minute walks, use the 20 minute and 5 minute videos or the 15 minute and 10 minute videos.
